Dandruff on newborn baby? Redness and skin cracking on their bodies? Before the babies come to this world, they were actually living in a very moist environment - Placenta. Since they are not used to this dry and hot environment, although they will try to adapt, we have to do something to keep their skin as moist as possible.  Some people might think that it is common for newborn babies to have some dandruff. 初生婴儿头上出现头皮屑？脸以及身体出现红肿及脱皮？ 小宝宝还在嘛嘛的腹中时一直都是生活在潮湿的环境里，刚来到这世界（尤其是炎热的马来西亚）的他 / 她，多少会有些不适应这较为干燥的环境。 有些人可能觉得初生婴儿有些许头皮屑很正常。这话基本上没错。但是当小宝宝的脸及身体皮肤开始出现红肿及开始脱皮时，治疗也许就是必要的了。在此建议爸爸妈妈们在发现状况不对时就要尽早带小宝宝就医，切记避免自己当医生哦。 脂溢性皮炎（ Seborrheic Dermatitis ） : 脂溢性皮炎是一种会出现在皮脂溢出部位（ oily areas ）的慢性皮炎。皮脂溢出部位包括头皮，脸颊，鼻头两侧，眉毛部位，眼皮，耳朵，胸前等。 30 至 60 岁的成人和新生儿有比较高的可能患上此等皮炎。脂溢性皮炎的症状包含： ·          头皮屑 ·          油性的麟片状皮屑【不同于牛皮藓（ Psoriasis ），这类皮屑较软，也较容易被去除】 ·          皮肤红肿 ·          皮肤瘙痒 出现在新生儿头皮上的脂溢性皮炎又被称为乳痂（ Cradle Cap ），症状为黄色/白色的（亚洲人大多数为白色），斑点状，油腻的麟状硬皮疹。通常不会发痒，也不会影响小宝宝的健康。但有时问题严重的话也会出现在其他部位 。 黄色/白色的，斑点状，油腻的麟状硬皮疹 脂溢性皮炎并不是由细菌感染，过敏或卫生不良所引起的；也不具有传染性。据我们所知，脂溢性皮炎的病因多半是真菌感染（ Fungus Infection ）或自身免疫系统的不平衡。然而希望大家能多多注意以下几点可能增加患此种皮炎的因素： ·          长期处在压力下的成年人，如工作或家庭上的压力。 ·          家庭之中有人曾患有这类皮炎，尤其是父母。 ·          长期处在干燥的环境里。 ·          肤质偏干，导致拥有油性皮肤。 当发现小宝宝头皮出现乳痂的症状时，请别紧张，此类症状基本上会在宝宝满一岁前消失，期间只需使用适用于宝宝的乳 液及轻微按摩患处就行。 但是如果发现症状严重到出现在其他部位时，请将小宝宝送医。治疗方式会根据严重性而定。 在这里跟大家分享一个故事： 我
